The Application Messaging System is an online resource for use by the public to submit questions, report problems or request assistance from MC&FP websites and applications. The help desk staff uses the system to respond to email, also referred to as webmail. The AMS also enables staff to prioritize webmail messages, assign them to subject matter experts and store the communication thread.
Military Community and Family Policy Style Guide - This online style guide is for those developing content in support of programs within MC&FP. The guide is intended to encourage consistency in the look, feel and tone of all content. This includes content developed for MC&FP websites and applications, ePublications, online learning modules, print products (such as guides or brochures), social media and conference materials.
